Yes. Anyone who enters Capeway Cannabis dispensary must be at least 21 years old and must present a Valid form of ID upon entering the facility.
An unexpired Driver’s License, Liquor ID Card, State ID, or Passport. We are unable to accept temporary Driver’s Licenses at this time.
We currently accept cash only, but offer a Cashless ATM on-site. Note: There is a $2.95 ATM fee to use the Cashless ATM. We also have a stand alone ATM where the is a fee of $2.50
No. Capeway Cannabis is a recreational dispensary servicing individuals 21 years or older.
Yes. Every transaction is subject to a 20% State Tax.
